PHOTOS TAKE TIME!! START NOW!!!!
PROGRAM PHOTO:
Your headshot photo and up to eight (8) of your sponsors will be printed in the pageant program book at no additional cost to you.
PROGRAM PHOTO DEADLINE:
The program photo deadline is March 1st, the year of the upcoming pageant. It is VERY IMPORTANT that we receive your photo by March 1st, so we can complete and submit the Program Book to the printer by our deadline.
PROGRAM PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS:
Submit a recent, Color, 5 x 7, professional quality head shot in sharp focus. It MUST be well lighted and face forward. NO profiles, hats, crowns, hands in the face or props. Photos with a solid color background are preferred. This photo will be kept by the pageant office.
PHOTOGENIC AWARD:
The photogenic award will be selected from Ad(s) purchased in the Program Book. Program Ads are optional. Winning the title of ”Mrs. Photogenic” has NO affect on the winner of the title of Mrs. Alabama America.
HOW TO SUBMIT PROGRAM PHOTO
E-Mail:
Attach your color, 5 x 7, 305 DPI (resolution), JPG or TIFF file photo to your e-mail and send it to: rhonda@rhondagilliam.com You must also send a color print of the photo by mail to the pageant office address. Write your Name and “Program Book Photo” on the back.
