ARRIVAL TIME AND ATTIRE
Arrive at 9 AM dressed in a stylish comfortable outfit, wear comfortable shoes and makeup. Judges will arrive in mid afternoon so you can arrive with rollers in your hair if necessary.
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY!
TICKETS AND PROGRAMS…
All tickets are General Admission and all the same price. Children 5 years of age and older will be admitted. Tickets and Programs will be available to your family and general public at 5 PM in the theater lobby. Last year tickets were $35.00 each and Programs were $20.00 each. The price for 2017 may change. NO COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS FOR FAMILY OR HUSBANDS. ALL SALES CASH ONLY!!
VIDEOS AND PHOTOS…
NO PERSONAL CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS ALLOWED
If you have not ordered a Photo CD or Video DVD you can order either one at registration. The price will be $85.00 each. Orders placed after the pageant are $125.00 each. You can write a check for either of these because they will not be delivered for several weeks.
WINNING FAMILY INFORMATION…
Tell your family (your husband, children, parents and/or inlaws) that if you are crowned Mrs. Alabama America. to come to the area in front of the stage and identify themselves.There will be a waiting period for them to congratulate you and take photos. Remind them to not bring their camera and start taking photos. AFTER the official and family photographs are taken.Your Pageant coach, friends, employers, sponsors, etc. can have their photograph made with you. They must wait in the seating area of the main theater to congratulate you. The wait could be as much as an hour and a half.
CONTESTANT RULES…..
NO SPRAY SWIMSUIT ADHESIVE (ROLL ON ONLY) Available for purchase at registration for $20.00 CASH.
No Cell Phones, IPhones, IPads, IPods or recording device of ANY type.
No personal video cameras.
Leave your valuable jewelry home that you will not be wearing ALL day. The pageant is not responsible for loss of jewelry or money.
You will not need money during pageant day unless you are buying swimsuit glue or a program. $40.00 Total.
