Payments

PAGEANT FEE PAYMENTS:
The e-mail you received with your User Name and Password also contained your payment schedule. Payments may also be made in advance of your deadline or paid in full at one time. If you need to adjust your payment schedule or if you miss your deadline call the pageant office. Missing a payment will not disqualify you. We will work with you as much as possible.

PAGEANT FEES:
Fees may be paid by personal or business check until three weeks prior to the date of the pageant.  After that date Cashier Checks or Money Orders only will be accepted for payments. DO NOT SEND CASH VIA MAIL. We do not accept Credit Cards, however, credit card companies and banks will issue checks or cashier checks charged toward your credit card account.  You may also pay online.

AD AND SPONSOR PAYMENTS:
Make Checks Payable to – (Your Name) Have the sponsor make the check payable to YOU. Write “Mrs. Alabama America Sponsorship or Ad” in the bottom left hand corner of the check. Deposit the check to your bank and write a check made payable to the Mrs. Alabama America pageant for the correct amount. If the sponsor asks you for a Tax Number give him/her your social security number. We do NOT supply a Tax Number to your sponsor or send him/her an invoice. Some contestants raise more money than the pageant participation fee to pay for their pageant wardrobe and other expenses. Ad payments may be made by check until three weeks prior to the date of the pageant.  After that date only money order,  cashier’s check or online payment will be accepted. DO NOT SEND CASH VIA MAIL. Write your full name on each payment you submit.

CHECK RETURN FEE:
There is a $25 returned check fee. Remember – All checks (business and personal) must be received in our office three weeks prior to the date of the pageant.
