Withdrawing From The Pageant
Should you decide to withdraw from the pageant…..notify us IMMEDIATELY.
In order to create and produce an exciting statewide event, Production Fees Cover: food, staging, publicity, theater, judge expenses, security, gifts, prizes, trophies, theater staff as well as airline ticket (excluding luggage or shipping) and expenses for our Mrs. Alabama America titleholder to compete at the Mrs. America Competition.
Understand that any amount of money you or your sponsors have paid will be forfeited completely. It will NOT be refunded or transferred to another contestant or another year for any reason.
Ads you or your sponsors have purchased, that are paid in full, will be published in the Pageant Program.
